2. Account Responsibility

5. Refunds and Disputes

Where a transaction is successful at provider level, refunds may not be available. Failed or pending transactions may require investigation before resolution.

Users must not use SSBSUB for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, service disruption, or any unlawful activity.
Accounts involved in suspicious or prohibited activity may be restricted while the issue is reviewed.
